Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Malbec/Petit Verdot
Being one of the first Bordeaux style blends in Namibia we are charting unknown territory. The small ripe berries gave extra concentration during fermentation. Light pressing ensures abundance of fruit with a soft round mouthfeel. The wine was separately aged for 12 months in French oak barrels before all the components were expertly blended together. The wine has deep dark fruit flavours that are well rounded with hints of tobacco, spice and vanilla, giving depth and complexity. Pairs well with meat on the “braai” and good friends.
