• Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon Blend Named after one of Africa’s finest and most import Game Reserve, our Etosha-Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz, represents the meticulous dedication in pairing two opposing cultivars to come together in perfect harmony. Both components were aged separately in 225l barrels for 12 months before being blended together. The depth of Shiraz spice and sweet fruit complements the Cabernet Sauvignon’s boldness and dark berry flavours. Just as Namibia and the Etosha National Park are inseperable, so our assistant winemaker, Etosha Kahimunu, is an inherent part of Erongo Mountain Winery. This wine is dedicated to him and made in a very friendly appealing style to resemble his personality.
  • Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Malbec/Petit Verdot Being one of the first Bordeaux style blends in Namibia we are charting unknown territory. The small ripe berries gave extra concentration during fermentation. Light pressing ensures abundance of fruit with a soft round mouthfeel. The wine was separately aged for 12 months in French oak barrels before all the components were expertly blended together. The wine has deep dark fruit flavours that are well rounded with hints of tobacco, spice and vanilla, giving depth and complexity. Pairs well with meat on the “braai” and good friends.
  • Cabernet Sauvigon / Shiraz Blend “Namibian Kiss” is made with subtle intention and passionate wine making. After slow fermentation and gentle pressing the wine was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels then expertly blended to give a full-bodied, but elegantly smooth red wine, bursting with sweet ripe fruit and wild berries. It pairs well with grilled meat but it is just as enjoyable with good friends. Each sip will leave you behind with the sweet kiss of the Namibian Sun.
  • Shiraz/ Cabernet Sauvignon/ Cabernet Franc Once in a while an extraordinary masterpiece is born in a wine cellar. This has happened in the case of our Royal Wine – Ohamba. Our Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc – Blend has far surpassed all our expectations after aging for 20 months in our French Oak barrels. Truly for those majestic moments!
